"Leaders in Disguise" Leadership Retreat

Great leaders are made, not born!

Leadership is a requirement to any successful business because the nature of good leadership is that it provides important direction to an organization. The absence of leadership is dramatic in its effects. Without leadership, organizations move too slowly, stagnate, and lose their way.

But the one thing that Leaders need in order to be Leaders is: Followers.
Forcing people to be your followers will never work, but there are things that you can learn, practice, and do that will make people willing to follow you.

Do you want to improve your leadership?
Do you want to affect what other people do—to help them accomplish important goals?
Do you want to point the way in your organization?
Do you want to climb the promotion ladder to positions of higher authority and greater pay?

Leadership will make these things possible!

Therefore… It’s time you give “Your Leader Self” a valuable time!

A great opportunity to enjoy a world of experiences, interspersed with Leadership Debates, Tournaments, The story of the Greatest Survival Voyage of all Times, Networking Opportunities, and Activities that demand and inspire Leaders to assume The Critical “X” factor of Leadership!

Our retreat is based upon the premise that balanced leadership is a commitment to living in integrity with compassionate honesty, vision, and purpose. You will explore the various leadership styles and roles; and share the accomplishments of other leaders in the region.

You will experience fun and engage in building business relationships with other leaders from the most reputable firms in the region.

Hop on Board and seize this opportunity!

Leaders in Disguise Retreat includes the following:

  • Interactive Ateliers and Discussions: Our sessions will be delivered and executed through interactive ateliers and discussions; and this is to ensure that attending leaders would have the chance to participate and communicate their perspectives on the cases delivered. Through themed targeted ateliers, each participant will leave this retreat equipped with practical solutions to everyday challenges Leaders face.
  • The greatest survival voyage of all times: A valuable opportunity for you to enjoy the pleasure of watching a dramatization of the failed trans-Antarctic expedition of 1914-1916. Kenneth Branagh gives a powerful impression of a most commanding personality. When the expedition ship Endurance became locked in the Antarctic ice, Shackleton vowed to bring every man home alive, and against virtually impossible odds, including a 700-mile journey in an open boat through some of the worst seas in the world, he did just that.
  • Networking Opportunities: Having such a retreat means a precious opportunity that should not be let go. Come and join; connect and collaborate; discuss business opportunities; and share experiences with leaders from all over the country and yet the region.
  • Fun and Excitement: “People learn most in moments of enjoyment” and this is exactly how we designed it to be: Moments of Enjoyment, where fun and excitement are the core of it all! Everything plays around those two factors. Away from your offices, not classes nor training sessions, it is a beneficial event, full of fun and learning entertainment.
