Better Business Launches Service Culture Program

As more businesses realize excellent customer service can be a competitive advantage, few are truly succeeding in creating a customer focus culture where the customer is the most important part of the business. Better Business organized an exciting program for a prestigious mall and launched the Service Culture Program in which participants took part in activities which inspired, engaged and educated them on the importance of a customer centric service culture.  

To mark the launch of this new program, the slogan ‘Happy Employee… Happy Customer’ was developed and all employees engaged in an interactive discussion on how to reach happiness at work so that it reflects on customers. The program focused on the impact of the employee in building a customer culture as a key issue for those who want to maintain a competitive advantage and lead the market.
